What does it mean when windows takes over 2 hours on this screen when installing the os

Its crashed.

Windows install should not take longer than 30mins to go from running the install to seeing the desktop.

Force reboot it

Reinstall windows if it still hangs at the windows logo.

No idea if it is your problem specifically, but I have had this happen to me when the disk drive I was installing to had 'gone bad'. I ultimately had to use a different disk.

I tried rebooting it and it didn't work. I'm going to try another solution out. Thanks for the advice
