MSI Laptop performance issue

I have a msi alpha 15 a3dc, specs below. I'm facing a very annoying issue about performance. My framerates are halved on almost every game I play. For example, in rainbow six siege, when I first purchased the laptop, I was getting around 140-150fps, now its 80 with stutters and drops. I've tried reinstalling windows, using old and newest amd driver, bios and ec is on latest version. Thermals are around 60 celcius and I'm cleaning the laptop every 4-5 months. Afterburner reports around %80/%90 gpu usage.
Ryzen 5 3550h
RX5300M
16GB dual channel ram running at 2666mhz
