New monitor for laptop dilemma

Gaki
Hey guys, So I have a mildly average laptop, an Asus S510UN-BQ255, which holds a 2 gb Nvidia MX150 graphics card and an integrated graphics intel UHD 620, which performs decent in dota 2 and fifa 21 on medium to high settings. I would like to buy a higher refresh rate monitor, somewhere around at least 120Hz and 165Hz tops. I've intensively searched on the Nvidia MX150 graphics full specs and compatibility and I couldn't find much and my dilemma is: will I be able to use a high refresh rate monitor with this graphics card? could it output 120-144-165 Hz ? the laptop has HDMI and usb-c ports.
Thanks and happy holidays!
