Hey so I've had this build for a little while now and my games were running amazing. About 3 months ago i changed the PCIE power cables and I started having some crashing issues when gaming. I took my computer to best buy (huge mistake I know but it was better than paying microcenter 400) to trouble shoot and they did something to my computer and its been having such low frames in games now. I changed the power cables and brought it back to Best Buy to have them basically undo what they did and that didn't fix anything. I'm getting anywhere from 40-45 frames per second in Call of Duty Warzone when i used to get upwards of 120. I am at such a loss and just need some help. I'm running the game at 2560x1440.

My components are:

ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3090 ASUS ROG

MAXIMUS XII FORMULA Motherboard

Intel Core i9-10900K

G.SKILL Trident Z Royal Series 64GB 3600 CL14

ASUS ROG Thor 1200W ASUS ROG Strix

ASUS ROG Strix Riser Cable PCI-E 3.0 x16

WD_Black 1TB SN850 and WD_BLACK 2TB SN850

Monitor: ASUS ROG Strix XG279Q at 170hz

When in games my frames are initially about 200 and up in the main screen. Then when i click on warzone to get into a lobby the frames dramatically drop to 100-120.

In the game my cpu is at:

42 degrees using 86w at 30% usage and my clock speeds are about 4800-4900mhz. the effective clocks are about 1100-1300mhz.

In the game my gpu is at:

55 degrees using 410w with the clock speeds being between 1990-2040mhz the memory clock being about 2438mhz the effective clock being 1770mhz and the load is about 2008mhz. The load is 86% and the allocated memory is 4695mb.
