amd 7790 driver problem

I was looking around in the settings in amd CCC and was messing with the display resolution when all of the sudden the screen turned off then on and now everything looks like crap the colors are off and everything is very jagged looking but when I unistalled the driver it look fine so then I thought the dirver was corrupt or something like that,so when I reinstall the dirver it went back to looking like crap any suggestions on what to do? I've tryed everything I can think of

 

the dirver version is 13.251

OLD Laptop: Dell Latitude E6410 with i5 520m and Nvidia NVS 310

Laptop's: Dell precision m2800 i7 4610m with amd firepro w4170m

other laptop Asus.

In the CCP. top right cornor ---> preferances ---> restore factory defaults.

In the CCP. top right cornor ---> preferances ---> restore factory defaults.

I did that and It didn't change a thing
