Weird small PSU Buzz noise

How do I fix it or is it normal? I recently bought it. Its a Corsair RM850x gold

When does it do this?  In standby?  Under load?  All the time?

 

Are your outlets grounded?

I'm not sure it does it all the time cause the noise is very light cause I hear it when my pc is off and to stop it I switch the off button of the psu

Motherboard is a gigabyte a320m-h

Gpu is a radeon 570 sapphire 

The casing is just a random chap one with decent airflow

With one fan

The ram is 8gb of hyperx single stick

And the hdd is a 1tb blue wd 

And the cpu fan is a stock fan

Of.  So it's very likely this is completely normal.
