You just connect it to your computer with a sata data cable and a cable with a sata power connector.

Your BIOS should not change the boot order to boot from the new drive.  But if you think that will happen, you can simply go in BIOS (press DEL or F2 or F10 when you turn on the PC) and configure boot order or boot priority and put the first in the list your current drive where you have the Windows you want to boot from)
