Hey, is there a way to grant permission in general and no need to click extra step the yes button for programm files or x86 programm files on Windows to stop deny me access and stop having to annoying pop up box? Also I have app trying to make changes to save a setting modifier it got an eroor which I think is no save permission granted to the app but not even the pop up window so the app can't write or save  file. 

Any idea to lower security or grant permission in general if not then how to do it individually?

I did the UAC, didn't work. As for admin, I guess I could from the start of the app but I needed to save it back then. Ended up changing files to a notmal file and not x86 file folder. It work, but I would not want more clutter like this for future file searching.
