On a second thought, do you have uefi bios? Or are you handy with editing registry?

Follow this link ~ it might help you find an alternate solution.

I couldn't figure it out :/ btw my bios is from american megatrends or whatever..it is updated.

Go into the BIOS and underclock the chip so let's say it's clocked at 3GHz downclock it to say 2.8Ghz and it should be fine than. If it still isn't downclock further. if you get to say 2.5Ghz and it's still overheating i say you may have to look into upgrading my friend. 

so i went into bios and found "overclock options" and in there "CPU FSB over clock choice ]1333]"

I can switch the value which is set to 1333 to something else but what? also i thought it should say 3000 since my cpu is 3ghz?

This is the only setting i found which i thought it might be the one to use for underclocking but...

You need to lower the cpu multiplier to underclock it, no need to touch anything else.
