Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: lol,amoung us ,fortnite,future streaming

Other details so as you know the gpu market is at all time high so i want to save up some more and buy it later so i am looking for not an overkill entry level pc with no gpu i can stream in the future with

Decide when you want to build and how much money you have at the time. So much changes in this space that what makes sense to buy today might not make sense to buy next week, let alone in a few months like it sounds like you will be doing. Personally, if you're planning on waiting more than 2 weeks to build a system, I wouldn't bother putting together a parts list, since you're going to want to change at least one part once those two weeks are up (usually RAM, PSU, or storage since prices on them fluctuate so much). Since we're in CPU launch season, stuff will be changing even more frequently, so it's just not worth it. 

 

Plus, what's budget to you might not be budget to me. I might think a budget computer costs $1200, but you might think that anything over $600 is midrange to high end. You need to give us a number, and we'll let you know if you need to increase it or if you can get away for less.
