Ive had quite a few issues in recent times,
First, my screen didnt receive a signal from computer.
This isnt the issue im having right now however.

Current issue im seeking help with:
My FPS, is halfed in almost every game i play. However the GPU usage is the same.
In counterstrke it went from 350-400 to now 80.
In for honor it went from 200 to now around 90-120.

This started 3 days ago..
Yesterday however the PC worked as it should.
But today again its back to bad performance.

Any ideas?

Things ive tried.

Reinstall drivers with DDU
Swap cables, use another monitor.

Edit, just ran heaven benchmark.
Cross referensed my scores with others with comparable system.. i was almost 2k score lower than them.

Edit2.
Was asked before if performance issues could be seen in bootup. Now when it boots up consistently i can see it.

Yes when the performance is bad. The pc uses about 2* the amount of time to bootup

Drastic performance difference between days is a hard one to suggest a solution for.  Something must be different, when it is slow does a reboot fix it?

Do you leave your computer on all the time?

Have you checked for any malware or virus's possibly using your computer to mine crypto?  When it is idle (not doing anything) does it seem to still be running "hot"?

Have you checked out the CPU\GPU temperatures when it is working properly vs slow?  What are the temps like?

Ah yes, No i do not have malware. Since i reinstalled windows today, and only downloaded steam, benchark vally. So that i was sure there isnt any program thats disrupting the performance. The temprature and GPU usage is the same. For honor always uses 97% of GPU power No matter what.. The temp is always quite low. The only difference is 200fps to 80-100. I put my pc into sleep mode when i leave it in the day and boot it off in the night.. Reboot does nothing.
