help icons in program gone missing

hye, can someone maybe help me?

when i hover over program icons they disappear.

also in word sometimes my words disapear and appear back after a few strokes of the keys.

her is an screenshot of the icons.

i tried:

sfc

dism

update driver nvidia (the intel on i left by itself)
