picar pythom-smbus issue

Hi i have a picar s, and im isntalling dependencies.

it says failed to install python-smbus,  wy is this. I have a fresh install of pi, and did everything correct. This is the 2nd step.

Whether i type yes or no, i cant continue the steps because it doesnt work. I tried  installing python-smbus from another website but it doesnt work
