New psu choice

Hi all guys, I have to choose a power supply and I want your advice.
My build is for normal use, no play, but with the option to upgrade in the future.
I was planning on taking birfenix 650 formula gold, or the bitfenix 550 whisper.
In my country they are at the same price.
which one do you recommend?

Or are there better ones?

Country Italy 

For now i dont buy GPU, i dont play.

The CPU Is i5 11400
