Country: india

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: valorant, gta v, fortnite

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): buying my first budget pc have no parts and want to play these games at 1920x 1080, 144 fps

That list is gonna be $1100ish once the cpu price has been factored in.
