help with scroll bar size an gpu drivers

i need help with changeing my window scroll bar size like i could in windows

id like them to go from what appears to be about an 1/8 if a inch to a 1/2

how do i do this in pop os

 

2nd question for my gigabyte 1660 sc oc im i using the right drivers

 

my current in use is the 470

 or should i use the 495 version
