Rx 570 high clock while idle

hello,

 

i have xfx rx 570 4gb and my clock speed was 300Mhz in idle and the temp us 50-45.

 

now my clock speed is 1286Mhz and the temp is 65 and the fans are on 1085RPM,

there are some games that i can't play because the high temp. like cod warzone hitman 2 and control. these games make my temp go 80-85 and im scared to play at these temps 

i tryed to make my monitor hz to 120hz and 141. its the same. i have 2 monitors.

 

is there any thing i can do instead of under clocking ?

Redo the thermal paste? Stock paste are like microwave ready food from stores, they are not satisfying.

Those temps aren't abnormal and neither are high clock speeds with multiple monitors.
