Same router, different speeds, HELP

Setup:

ISP/Modem > Router [3 out] > Router [ethernet] (For WIFI) - 90mbps

                                              > My Room [PC Ethernet] - 90 mbps
                                              > Sisters Room [PC Ethernet]  - 9 mbps

 

Tried:

1. Update Drivers/BIOS

2. Different Cable,

3. Different Ports
