Hi there.

i got 12600k and water cooling system Corsair h115i rgb platinum, and would like to know if the temps are ok

I chose the option in the  bios enchant multicore and its getting me the cores up to 4.9Gz as the turbo max from intell.

normal in gaming im not geting higher then 77temp wich is ok , but in some games its getting up to 85-86 temp sometimes.

85-86 isnt the avarge im getting in this games but somtimes its getting up there for few sec

since i saw in one of linus old OC video that i should avoid getting above 80C spesioly not up to 85 since at 85 the cpu start getting dmged.

i would like to know if my temp is ok?

Modern CPUs can hit 100 or even 105C before they thermal throttle. That throttling is help the CPU cool down so it doesn't continue to get hotter, so you'd have to get hotter than that even before you'd actually start to cause real damage. High 80s is hotter than you typically want, but you're still a ways off from even throttling there. Bear in mind that Alder Lake runs hot as hell, as well, so it's hard to keep it much cooler than where you're at under load in general.

so can i keep it with my temps with np ? or i should just do a normal OC to 4.9gz  and work on lower volting the cpu to get a bit less temp?

MCE in some motherboards does tend to use a high voltage to achieve the all core boost which will result in more heat. You might want to try undervolting your CPU (try 1.25 V with all cores at 4.8 Ghz). I haven't tried it myself but you might get lower temps.
