changing CPU and RAM in prebuilt

Hi, in past posts, I've talked about how I'm taking the CPU, graphics card, ssd, RAM, and possibly wifi card out of my Dell G5 5090 prebuilt. That leaves the Motherboard, PSU, and case left. I'm planning to give these parts to my big sister, who I'm hoping will buy some cheap parts to replace the parts I took out, that way she has a cheap gaming PC. The prebuilt originally had an i7-9700k, meaning the chipset is LGA 1151. I know that the PC I'm giving to her is a prebuilt, which tend to have very proprietary parts, so I guess my question is, if she were to put in a CPU that was enough for the PSU to handle and the right socket, but was different from the prebuilt's original CPU (I was thinking, like, and i3-9100F), would it work with the prebuilt, or would some proprietary software/hardware restrictions prevent it from working?

Also, kind of the same thing for the RAM; I know the RAM originally in the prebuilt was 2666 mhz DDR4, so, would I be able to put in some normal 2666mhz DDR4 gaming RAM (like this: https://amzn.to/3rS9baq)?

Thanks for any and all help.

Before upgrading CPU in any prebuilt you should check any BIOS Supporting on the boards, so you can see if it can pass correctly.

For RAM you will also have User-Manuals too.

If i know correctly PSU in this Pre-Built comes in various power to use.

If you have smaller power capable PSU you should avoid CPU that have a TDP rated higher than 65W.

Yes you can use that RAM in this PC from what i can read from Dell Site.
