CX500 Pricing!

OGFatal

So I'm buying a CX500(Maybe something a bit bigger) this week and I've been looking on the web and locally. Is there anywhere that sells CX500's at a reasonable price?(That ships to UK) but I would prefer if it was local.

Newegg.co.uk - CX500 = £35 (BUT it's unavailable?)

Amazon.co.uk - CX500 = £45.98 with shipping

Maplin.co.uk - CX500 = £59.99!! (Local)

Silicon - CX500 = £51 (Local)

SCAN - CX500 = £45.20 (without Shipping)

Scan has it for £51 including shipping (next day)

Do you know why Newegg has it as unavailable?

I just nabbed one on EBay for 29.99. It's worth looking on there from time to time. Otherwise, Amazon is probably your best bet.

If you're looking for an even more budget power supply, try looking for a EVGA 500B 500W power supply

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - CPU Cooler: Deepcool Castle 240EX - Motherboard: MSI B450 GAMING PRO CARBON AC

RAM: 2 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RBG 3200MHz - GPU: MSI RTX 3080 GAMING X TRIO

I'm not going to check every single one individually, but remember that their are three version of the CX430-600w models. What you want is the newest revision that is Bronze rated and have updated +12v rail.

In case, you are looking at the older ones and the more expensive ones are the newer, I'll assume your budget is around <£60. What are you powering, btw?

I would recommend the NZXT Hale90 550w. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-143-NX

It's a Super Flower Golden Green unit. For £49.99, you are getting a much better unit than the Corsair CX.

Dabs/scan are your best bet. I bought a CX750M from dabs last year for £68. You'll be charged shipping (import tax etc) if you buy from newegg.
