Problems after upgrading GPU

Hi, I've upgraded today from an EVGA gtx 1080 ti to an MSI RTX 3080 and I had to uninstall EVGA precision x in order to use MSI afterburner, now afterburner works just fine but the CPU temperature program I've used for years called Real Temp suddenly gives me an error " driver not loaded, try run as administrator" I've always ran it as administrator and the program was running fine and only stopped working after uninstalling EVGA percision x. Anyone know how I can fix this or what the problem is?

Aorus gaming 7 motherboard

MSI RTX 3080 gaming z trio

16gb Ram
