Sleeved extensions?

Hi All,

 

I am building a new pc over the holidays and I wanted to put in some sleeved extensions to complete the look.  I have a 6800xt with 3 8 pins on it and I’m having trouble finding a kit with the right cables any recommendations?  
 

it’s the https://www.asrock.com/Graphics-Card/AMD/Radeon RX 6800 XT Phantom Gaming D 16G OC/ if that helps.  I am in Canada and I started on Amazon.
