Raid 0, WHATS THAT?

Hey guys, I am looking to RAID 0 two SSDs together. Here is my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3p6hC

 

I have the samsung evo SSD, I was wondering if this is a good SSD to RAID 0?

Also, may you guys link a video on how to RAID 0? I have never done it before.

And is it safe to RAID 0 the drives I will be putting my OS on and all my games?

RAID 0 makes your drives act as a single one.This results in higher capacity,and higher speed,but also one problem occurs : if only one drive fails the other one will not work.

Maybe I shouldn't have titled the topic as I did. I know what RAID 0 is and how it works. I just want to know how to SETUP it up as well as the few questions I asked.
