Budget (including currency): $900-$1200AUD

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Dead by Daylight, assetto corsa (mods), Beam NG (mods), WarThunder, blender (use this the most), autoCAD and Fusion 360 (light usage), photoshop, davinci resolve (light editing), CSGO. Mostly racing games, 3d works and editing.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I am upgrading from a HP probook 650 G1 4gb ram, i5-4310M, not sure when I will be building the pc or even buying the parts. I will most likley be playing at 60Hz or more and 1080p or higher.

-i plan on just using the stock cooler as it's only a 3300X (might need to change for what I'm using it for), not sure about the case and the airflow though as it was the cheapest one available at that time. Also won't be overclocking anytime soon nor interested in it.

-is the wifi adapter good enough or would it be more benifical to buy a cheaper one that doesn't reduce the connectivity as there is no possible way I can get an ethernet cable to my room.

-can I possibly go with a cheaper PSU with less less watts?

-don't worry about the case being massive as I have enough space to fit it and it can maybe be used for future upgrades.

-as for GPUs, I'm not too sure with the current market so I went with what fits with my budget the most. I'm not too sure if buying a second hand GPU from facebook or ebay is a good choice, but will give it a shot.

-if this is too underpowered for the price, would buying a pre-built be a good option with at least 16gb ram, and decent gpu to handle 3d programs and those games?

As for peripherals I have most of what I need and I could go buy the remaining ones, as well as the OS (W10). A lot of these options came down to budget reasons. If any of the parts look odd or too expensive/cheap for what they are used for, any recommendations is appreciated.
Thanks.
