Quiet Case + PSU?

Go to solution Solved by quan289,

The Cooler Master V550S is also a good option, and it is $69.99 after MIR. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171092

Hey guys, what's sup? I just have a quick question, I wanna go with a quiet case and PSU, (I already have my eyes on the R4). Though I don't know any good quiet PSU.... can you help me out and if you could find a cheaper case than the R4 and still as quiet that'll be nice. Thanks!

Edit: Budget is around the 200 mark that max I'll go.

To provide you with a recommendation for a PSU, it would be helpful to know what the PSU will be powering. Also your budget.

I plan on going a 6300 with a 750 ti maybe a 770 later down the road mate.

A RM550 or RM650 will do you just fine, depending on budget

Well, I would recommend the XFX XTR 550w. It's a Seasonic G unit internally but offer full modularity and a higher quality FDB fan that is more quiet. It also a better build power supply than the popular RM series.
