Page permissions issue - not sure if it's a bug or not

Browser, version and OS: Google Chrome (version 96.0.4664.55) on macOS High Sierra 10.13.6

 

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

Clicked on a topic in the sidebar intending to report it as spam.

 

What happened?

The topic loaded, but I was viewing a hidden version of the post that I shouldn't have had access to by then. It had been removed by a moderator right before I clicked on it.

 

What did you expect to happen?

I expected to see the post as a normal post (if a moderator hadn't removed it yet) or a notice that the topic had been removed.

Sounds like you hit it at the same time and likely hadn't updated fully yet. It can sometimes take a few seconds fully for things to go through on rare occasion. Sounds like this is probably what happened.
