My pc keeps randomly shutting off

I built my pc back in march with all new components but in the last month I have experienced a lot of random shut offs. It doesn't do it only in certain programs or anything it just randomly shut down. I have no error message or anything so no way to diagnose the problem or find what part is causing the issue. i have tried plugging in and out all the cables reseating all the components but the problem is still there. 

I have a: ryzen 7 3800x stock cooler 

rtx 2060 wind force

b450f gaming ii

970 evo 1tb

2x8gb corsair vengeance rgb 3600mhz

corsair rm 650w psu

corsair 220t case

it would be amazing if anyone could help diagnose my problem. Thanks.

I’m not sure, do you have any idea of the temperatures? Maybe thermal paste is improperly applied and it’s overheating?

Motherboard BIOS fully up to date?

 

What's the exact model and versionnumber of the RAM? The modelnumber starts with CMW.

Straight power down?? No BSOD or other error, just powers off?

 

Two things it could be off the top: 

 

1) Over heating as suggested by @ZonalThrone

 or

2) bad power supply.
