Qled indicators help

FridgeVendor123

so i recently made my own pc and its been working flawlessly for about a month. but then suddenly every time i turn on the pc sudden qled indicators light up. with the help from someone ive found out its just the startup indicator lights. but why didnt they shine before? i have a family member with the same mother board b460m-plus, and hes indicators doesnt light up when starting the pc. ive also noticed since the sudden change that games that used to be stuck on 255fps, like csgo forexample now doesnt have a fps cap. ive not changed a thing, and im wondering what is actually happening?

Maybe you didnt notice? I'm not sure how Asus implemented this, but on motherboards they either blink based on POST status or only turn on when the system has trouble during POST.  Either way as long as it boots, it's fine.

Could be the game itself going through updates, this isnt a motherboard thing at all.

Most boards indicators will go through a diagnostic and cycle through all the LED's immediately after boot. If there is a problem, it will stop on one. These lights you're now noticing and your FPS issues have nothing to do with one another.

Your FPS cap is done in the game settings or your GPU's control panel.
