Hello fellow users off Linustechtips,

I am for the first time build my self a gaming desktop, Iv'e used a laptop for around 6 years now and felt it was the right time for an upgrade.

I do not have loads of knowledge on the various components, but iv'e research some. Finally Iv'e figured out a build but I have a few questions regarding my new build.

Here is the build, I know it's a danish site, but you should be able too understand the various parts ^^
https://www.komplett.dk/k/shoplist.aspx?mode=receive&si=1374475&su=C006EED8-13A4-4B34-B991-C74FCAF9A0A7

Some questions:
Do I have enough cooling for the system?
Will the mid tower be enough, specially for future 2x SLI 780Ti?

Anything you see as a problem in the build (Everything fits right)?

And of course if it's possible for you to find a case WITH a window that is as simple as the 450D please show me some links, as I havnt been able too find any ;) (Not that I do not like 450D)

Best regards Shamatix.

Thanks alot Paralectic, my biggest concern is the case, if it's big enough for cabel management :- )

It should be plenty--that's what case reviews are for.

Regarding the build:

No point getting an i7 over an i5 or such an expensive cpu cooler for gaming.

The 780 Ti is a bad value. I'd suggest getting a 780 or 290 instead,

Why such an expensive motherboard?

No point getting high frequency ram for gaming especially when it has such high cas latency.

Why a high frequency TN panel instead of a better looking IPS?

Caviar blacks are not worth the extra money for anything but the warranty over the quite cheaper and only slightly slower barracuda.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/
