First PC Build (Please help me)

Budget (including currency): $2000-$3000 USD but am willing to go higher if need be

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I want to be able to play a variety of games such as The Witcher 3, Warzone, Rainbow Six Siege, Total War games, and a variety of others at their max settings with a minimum 60FPS or higher

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Case: LIAN LI PC-O11 Dynamic XL Full-Tower Dual chamber Gaming Case w/ USB 3.1 Type-C, Tempered glass on the front & side NO FAN (Black Color) (this is the only case I saw that looked really good but if there's any others you think are good, I'd love to see them)

Video Card: GeForce RTX™ 3080 (I'm not sure which brand would be the best to get as there's so many)

Resolution: 1440p

Refresh rate: 144hz or higher

Processor: Intel

I'm not really sure what else would be good, but I do know that I'd like to have RGB and Corsair is definitely a brand I want to have a lot of as I already bought a Corsair headstand, mouse, and keyboard. I do apologize though as I know nothing about computers so I'm really lost in what would be best. I just know that I definitely want something that will last me for a few years with room for upgrades when I need them.

O11 XL is too big and expensive, Don't think you have any need for that unless you watercool or something like that 😅

So, This will be my suggested build:

And for a GPU, Get this:

https://www.newegg.com/asrock-radeon-rx-6800-xt-rx6900xt-pgd-16g/p/N82E16814930052

I know you said 3080, But it's not available for normal price anywhere. 6900XT performs better in most games than 3080 and it's as good as 3080 ti. But due to features, Buying 3080 over 6900XT still is reasonable if it's available for same price. But paying more in 3080 than 6900XT will be waste of money, So search for it and if you find 3080 for similar price, Buy it, But I recommend against paying any more than 1500$ for 3080.

P.S. any brand 3080 will be fine as long as you'll be able to buy it in current market.
