Adobe creative suite includes after effect, premiere  and audition A

Autocad suite for planning 

ESRI GIS Planning

Ms office 365

Video Communication

Real Time Render software 

SQL DB

8C/16T CPU w/ 32GB of RAM along with high end Workstation Graphics... To Start With...

 

What is your Max Budget?

 

At least you know what Applications you will be using. But in the Future please post how will you able and willing to Spend on spend a system for this. Is this for professorial use, in other words make money or your Livelihood?

You will want to do your own Research. Note Application like this always start with the Minimum Hardware Requirements. What you actually need will depend on how large your Datasets and Workflow are.
