Intel HD 3000 Windows 10 workaround.

So after some digging, a hard to describe problem became an obvious problem of compatibility of old intel drivers with "modern" windows 10. 
The issue is that there is no compatible drivers for intel hd graphics 3000 for windows 10. And basically any newest or past version of drivers for that gpu that i used yield same results, it displays fine until you restart the pc. Then instead of a login screen you are welcomed by a black screen until sleep and wakeup which i would guess somehow refreshes the drivers or makes them reload or somehing. 

A fresh cold start is fine, the restart is whats the problem. Any ideas how to workaround incompatible drivers?
