I hear Backblaze is a good data backup site. For USD $7/month, you can upload unlimited data, and they are committed to not restricting service or throttling transfer speeds--during the 2013 Thailand flooding and subsequent drive shortage, they recruited their friends and family to purchase many external HDDs from Costco, which they then shucked (removed from the external enclosure to use the drive within) and put in their datacenters, instead of introducing upload limits.

Wouldn't I still be restricted to my ISP's upload speed
