Backing up data

I have 2-10tb hdd in raid 0 (I know, I know) I plan on rebuilding to raid 5. My question is what's the best way to back up the 20tb data I have already? I have tried using Dropbox cloud service but I only get 20mbs upload speed and gives me a 5 month transfer time.

External hdds? Get some large drives and backup onto those.

 

A NAS?

Wouldn't I still be restricted to my ISP's upload speed
