Need advice in cleaning my PC

Not sure if this is the right thread. The issue is that my air compressor is not working and I'm still thinking if I'm going to get a new one or get it fix and I need to clean my computer. So I also have a 3 in 1 wet/dry vacuum that can also be a blower. My question is, will it generate static?
