My friend recently bought a prebuilt PC to upgrade from his old system. Games keep crashing after a few minutes of gameplay, without warning and it doesn't freeze, the games just closed by themselves. We've ran some stress tests. But they also crash without warning. We did a hard reset of Windows 10 and the problems are still there. We really have no idea what the problem is. My guess that it's the power supply but I'm not really sure. Any ideas?

His specs
iBUYPOWER - Element MR
Intel I7-11700F
RTX 2060
16 GB RAM
240 GB SSD
1 TB HDD
600W PSU (no idea who its from)
No idea what his motherboard is

Does the game itself crash back to desktop, does the computer just goes to black (like its off), is it just stuck?

Usually if its a game after a couple minutes it might be beneficial to look into temperatures.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

The game closes, and it goes back to desktop. No errors no warning. Temps look normal.

Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. That's the first thing to check with this kind of issue. Get GeForce experience and it'll basically do it for you.
