Need pc part list suggestions

Also taking tips and advices or ideas (for example instead of buying good gpu now instead go for cheaper and wait for the expensive ones to decrease in price).

I have been researching about parts for months and its still too confusing for me to make part list.

Budget: 2300-2700€ (Euro) the price set there is just to give some kind of context so if it worth spending more for some reason then feel free to vary it.

Country: Finland

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for/Aim: Mostly video editing and photo editing, gaming mostly light games like Minecraft but still be able to run heavier games and other programs.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

 - Existing parts lists:

I don't have any existing part lists.

 - Whether any peripherals are needed:

I need a keyboard and operating system not sure which keyboard to go for yet thinking of choosing it later. please suggest operating system.

 - What you're upgrading from:

This will be my first build.

 - When you're going to buy:

   As soon as possible.

 - What resolution and refresh rate you want to play at:

   144hz

 - How many monitors do you plan to use:

1 but maybe add 1-2 more later. First monitor 144hz and others probably 144hz too.

  - etc.

Would be if the build is upgradeable (future proofed)

 - ideas/suggestions

If you have ideas/suggestions/advices you can also post them

   Thank you 😄

Wouldn't worry too much about upgradeability. By the time most typically feel like you need an upgrade, most people just need a completely new build anyways. If you have the money, get the best and don't worry about it for several years. If not, get something modest and make a new build in the future. If you want intel, go with what @Electronics Wizardy said.

For amd, you can go with this:
