It's AORUS B450 m, I'll try doing that.

Move them to the bottom ports. You're plugged into ASATA

Hi guys,

I cant seem to find a guy with the same problem as me. So i'm turning to you for help.

I've bought a brand new nvme m.2 ssd (Crucial P1). I've one SSD already in my system (Crucial BX500) with all my stuff on it.

So the problem is when i've installed my nvme m.2 ssd into my motherboard and boot up the system, It automatically disabled SSD that was already in my PC and it didnt show in BIOS.

I've been to bios settings before but I cant seem to find the right tutorial what to enable/disable so I can choose between boot devices, to boot my PC from my older SSD.

I've put bios settings as i see them in my pc. Everything is on default settings for now, I didnt change anything except enableing XMP.

If you need any additional pics from my bios I can deliver.

Thanks alot!

What motherboard? The M.2 slot probably disabled the Sata port and you just have to move the SSD.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

Agreed. Usually depending on the board, and which M.2 slot is being occupied, it will disable 2 SATA ports on you board when a drive is plugged into that slot. Try moving your SATA drive to a different SATA port. Then you should be Gucci.
