windows 10 "os" not working?

I honestly don't know what to call this but basically all the apps that I downloaded got deleted along with some important files that let me roam the "os" so like audio dose not work notifications don't work I can't type in the searchbar or any windows "os" search bar sorry if this isn't enough info but I honestly don't know what happened.

Galahad AIO 240 rgb

windows 10 64gb

G skill tridentZ 32gb

1tb m.2 ssd (from Samsung)

What troubleshooting have you done? Any recent updates installed? Did this happen randomly, after a restart, after a cold boot, some other time?

 

Have you turned it off and on again?

ok so I will start for block 1 .

:restarts computer because lag 

:pc asks if it can do some maintenance on my drive (normal things)

:finds problem and it says it will restore my pc to when it was working which makes sense

:I open my computer to nothing in the os working (audio clock apps I downloaded form Microsoft store)

so how do I fix that? I've tried to trouble shoot but that file also got deleted because its not working

Did you try re-logging in to your account?  Where did you download your apps? Check the drive management. Use the samsung software to check the drive.

wdym log in, log in what Microsoft store? and I downloaded apps from Microsoft store.  what's Samsung software?
