Windows 11 Desktop background issue...

Sooo, I've been using Windows 11 for a bit now, but over the past week I have been having an issue were my desktop background will not stay the same.

 

I changed by desktop BG to be a single picture but when I restart my computer it switches back to this animated orange tile thing.

Also when I try to go into Settings > Personalization  and try to change the Background or Theme it won't even change the desktop background, I try to click on a new image, or theme and it just wont change...

Sometimes when I restart my computer the correct image shows up, but then after like 30 seconds it automatically changes to the orange tile animated background...

 

I've tried to fiddle around with all the settings and options... most of the time nothing changes, sometimes it changes, but then on next restart its back to the orange tile.

Tried to google this issue, but I'm getting a lot of articles for Windows 10 and other, older stuff. Kinda at my wits end here with this.

 

Please tell me I'm just missing something simple her? Halpppp
