Constantly BSODS with IRQL_less_not_equal

Hello!

I constantly get bsod with irql less or not equal or another random error code that not relevant. For first time i was thinking the problem in my audiointerface (esi maya 22 usb, because bsod simply point at it DLL during error). But then i make clear windows installation and problems with audiointerface are gone. Still geting bsods. I tried almost everything, i run pc without audiointerface - still bsod (like completly cut off it from pc), i ran full memtest 86 - zero errors. Run differend tests from windows legacy memory testing to gpu/cpu/ssd stress test. No clue why i still getting bsods. I even change my old corsair powersupply to new bequiet  you guys the only hope i have. Please help.

• OS - Windows 10 Pro 21H1 (19043.1348) (download from official microsoft site and just use licence key)

i also have problem to preform command perfmon /report
