Boot LED STUCK NO FIRST POST

Hello! (all new parts) Ryzen 7 5800x, MSI MagB550 (said 5000 ready on bos), Corsair LPX 16 gigs, and a new MSI 3060. Haven't gotten a first post, the boot light got stuck on with no boot. My inclination is towards needing a bios update. I have tried booting with no usb's plugged in and with one stick of ram all to the same result. What do you guys think?? should I give it a shot with a BIO's flash for ryzen 5000?? thanks!

Is the display even connected to the video card? This CPU does not have an iGPU.
