Does anyone know how I can further see the usage? My other PC the system usage is around 25gb. These numbers are all from the last 30 days. My internet has been running slow as of late and I'm thinking this has some kind of corrilation to it. Any help or points in the right direction are greatly appreciated! Thanks!

As I stated my internet has been spotty as of late. If I restart router my normal speeds are there but then degrade over time.

While it's running regularly look at task manager and resource monitor to see what's using the network.
