PC Not Booting

I turned on my pc and my asus B550 motherboard is lit up orange on the draw light. My Rosewill powersupply is also lit up orange. Help?/

Has the PC been modified at all since you used it last? Or perhaps been moved?

 

Make sure everything is plugged in properly.

msi geforce rtx 2060

1tb crucial ssd

rosewill hercules 1600W Non modular psu

rosewill cullian case

Windows 10

AMD Wraith prism stock cooler
