https://www.velkase.com/products/velka-7 does the MB side of the cases back come off, I would love to have the GPU f the same way as the MB/

If you want to see both through the window?  You can't, the Motherboard is going to cover it up.  

I want the IO of the gpu to be at the back of the case without excisions.
