https://www.velkase.com/products/velka-7 does the MB side of the cases back come off, I would love to have the GPU f the same way as the MB/

What are you asking exactly?  All the I/O is on the same side of the Velka.

 

If you want to see both through the window?  You can't, the Motherboard is going to cover it up.

I want the IO of the gpu to be at the back of the case without excisions.

No, you can't reorient the GPU because of the case size.  

The GPU Ports have to face up.
