Recently got myself a Rx 6600xt and whenever I turn on Amd Freesync in Amd control panel the games from Xbox Games pass(FH5, Halo Infinite) have issues with Fps being stuck to 48.

Is there any way to solve this without breaking anything else?

Currently I have Freesync Premium off and Radeon Anti-Lag and Ingame Vsync on to combat this.

I have a Benq ex2510 monitor which has Freesync premium support.

AMD and their broken drivers...

Try contacting AMD about it,maybe try their forums since i doubt consumers can solve driver level issues.
