It can air or water.

Shoving a tec on my cpu, idle is like 15c or something but if i put a load on it the tec just dies aka it just starts overheating xD

 

Guess tec is better for chipset or ram cooling rather than cpu cooling, i didnt even insulate the socket so there were water droplets on the socket, lucky bastard me somehow didnt kill the board

I think the new Ryujin II's look great. The older Ryujin I/1, doesn't good great either IMO haha.
