GPU for midrange gaming?

Does anyone know what GPU would be good for midrange gaming right now? My current pc has a GTX 960, but it’s also 6 years old and isn’t working properly. I have already considered an rtx 2060, GTX 1070, or 1660 ti, but they are are super overpriced.

Any GPU you can get for a good price. 1060s are usually at a meh price (~$200). If you're willing to spend more, you might be able to get a 6600 or 6600XT.
