How to flash back to Sapphire Pulse RX 580 4gb BIOS?

So I bought a used Sapphire Pulse RX 580 4gb and I noticed it ran on different clock and memory speeds compared to the description of a Sapphire Pulse Rx580 4gb (1411 Core boost clock compared to 1366, 2000 memory clock compared to 1750). It physically looked like the Sapphire Pulse version (Same shroud and backplate), but GPU-Z said it was a Sapphire Nitro+ variant of the RX580 4gb after redirecting to the website. Is flashing the NITRO+ BIOS to a Pulse card possible and if so, how do I revert it back to its original state?
