Boot Failure Error Code: 0xc0000001

Whenever I try to boot Windows 10 from my SSD, I get a blue screen with the error code 0xc0000001. I've tried all of the troubleshoot options on the screen, but nothing has helped, and I can't boot in safe mode. I can, however, use command prompt. The Windows 10 installation on my old HDD still works, and I've been trying to figure out how I can reinstall Windows 10 from my HDD to my SSD without losing my files. I have access to all of my SSD's files from the file explorer, but I have nothing to back them up with. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

Also, I forgot to mention, before the boot failure, I recently update my AMD drivers to the latest version, but I'm not sure how to uninstall the drivers on that SSD from my HDD.
